Yes. All our gold jewelry is BIS hallmarked, and diamonds/gemstones come with authenticity certification, ensuring guaranteed purity and quality on every purchase.
Yes, we offer custom design services. You can share your requirements via Contact Us or WhatsApp, and our team will guide you through the design and crafting process.
Store your jewelry in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight, avoid contact with perfumes and chemicals, and wipe gently with a soft cloth after use. We also offer complimentary cleaning & polishing service for pieces purchased with us.
Orders & Payments
We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available, all shown to you at checkout.
Please contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order. We can accommodate changes or cancellations as long as the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can also check the live status anytime from the My Orders section of your account.
